Politics has spread its net with he strengthening of democracy in India.Every five years, there are elections and that raise the tempo of politics in India.Once elected ,the government has to govern.The manifesto of political parties is the ideal to be achieved.The polices, implementations, bureaucrat, elected representatives ,all these are part of governance.
